Live and Learn

My family is full of sadness this new years. I got bad news from my cousin that my auntie had a stroke out of the blue yesterday, her condition was so awfully serious that she had to have brain surgery and might die unexpectedly. She collapsed in a stupor for 2 days already, I hope she will be healed as soon as possible, meanwhile we are waiting for miracle to happen. I realized that life doesn’t always go our way, we ought to cherish someone who we care about because you never know when they will leave.

All I can do right now is pray for her and hope that God blesses her, also I believe that the impact of prayer cannot be overemphasized.  

Its time to say goodbye… it’s a fact of life for everyone, now and then to say farewell to the ones we love and care about.   It’s inevitable. 

It has been a busy week, I had some gathering with friends, cousins and family.  I will miss ya’ll.  I am so glad that my  Boo came to HK to pick me up and be my company on this damn long boring flight.  Otherwise it would be hell.

We will stay in Van for 3 days.  The most important thing for me is meeting up with a church sister, and I’m very happy that I will visit this beautiful place.  After that, we will settle in Ottawa, the new apartment is available Nov, new life, new house, everything is new and unfamiliar for me.

2. Study hard
3. Practice singing hard
4. Have an excellent xxx life. Woohoo.

It’s cool that I can do whatever I wanna do.. outta this shit job and explore new and amazing things in the world.

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

Damn it! We couldn’t leave earlier today! We used to off work at 3:00, because we left the old place so we won’t follow our partnership plus our boss on vacation, she hasn’t replied even we sent her a “request” mail. Therefore we don’t get any “benefit” anymore!

Be the way, people pronounce my name incorrectly all the time, my name is “Cathy”… NOT “Catffy”! Some of my colleagues even call me to “Cat si”…..speechless!  

Time to time, day by day ….its gonna be closer.

I said “Better skip K, that would cause problem”

He said “how about just E.Y.O?”

I said “not really good, just skip K part, we will still “get problem” finally”

He feels baffled. We understand that we cant control it, unless…

I asked him “better don’t K and don’t talk”

He was shocked “Geez” I told him “we shouldn’t have any eyes contact, we shouldn’t talk, we shouldn’t do anything!!!”

He screamed at me “have u gone CRAZY!!!!!” ah well….what we cant do then? We don’t want get into trouble. We have to endurance!!!! Untill……………

We have commitment, we don’t do anything, we try to don’t K, try to don’t do anything which would be got any problem. We are waiting for lift the ban someday..

Can we handle it? We will see!

Failure is not really a failure, unless you are giving up. Accepting your failure, and refusing to try again.

Falling down doesn’t make you a failure but staying down does.

We will never improve, never grow, unless we are honest enough to bring our own faults before our eyes, and deal with them.

Admits your mistakes, correct them and profit from them.

Failure given you the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

Success is having the brave to rise again from defeat.

Most of our obstacles will vanish if we walk boldly through them.

Learn by experience preferably other peoples.

Accept disappointment but never lose hope.

We will go always to the one who doesnt not quit

Be still always that success doesn’t make us and failure doesn’t break us.

The path of success is the process of responding positively to failure.

Extra happy!! . Thanks god that I got the US visa.  REALLY THANKS GOD!

A lot people said consul will not approve the US visa to single gal, moreover, they heckle the applicant with some embarrassing questions. I was pretty lucky, she didn’t ask those stupid question, just viewed the company guarantee letter just ask how long I’ve been working in current company, what’s the purpose to US and how much I make a month, so easy.. she even cracked a joke. She was nice tho, and I got the VISA.. Yeah yeah yeah … Big Apple, we are coming! (Thanks Doug for provide your address too!)  

I got a new hair cut.. cool

I realized that I really like short hair, fresh.  

Despite ppl think Mr. HK are ugly and lose its relish, they still hold a special attraction for some girls.  

Run into MR. HK last night in Fever (former name is Mooch), we were sitting in VIP zone and they sat next to us. A lot of girls/wanna be around them, probably they are vain and extravagance, wanna flaunt their success. Interesting is I know one of them by accident.His hand bumped into my head unheedingly, he just said sorry. Few mins later, he sat next to me, said “I’m so sorry, hope didn’t get you hurt”. From that, start our conversation, we talked about bio, work, hobbies, When he said “I am a actor.” ‘are you Mr.HK?’ I asked. He blushed to admit it. Appreciably, he felt embarrassed with that. Don’t know why he feel this way, maybe he lose the contest. He also introduced other MR.HK to me (No.1, No.8, No. 9 were there). We danced together. Even they are not handsome enough, nevertheless they are nice enough to build up their image.   

P.S. I think they are look better in person.
